Project Planning / Integration Strategies
In order to effectively execute a project, we advise our clients to integrate our team in the project planning and integration strategy phases. Quite often, infrastructure projects are largely impacted by their impacts to the environment and required permitting / mitigation which can severely impact schedule, cost and project feasibility.
Our team integrates with the client design team to evaluate construction alternatives to lessen environmental impacts, reduce costs, and expedite the construction process. In the end, we help our clients increase their return on investment and get their projects “shovel ready” faster and with fewer surprises. Our team consists of licensed Project Management Professionals, Engineers and Scientists with years of experience throughout the Gulf Coast and the continental United States.
After reviewing the conceptual design, Heritage reviews available data and site information including hydrology, soils, vegetation, habitat, archeological and other site data. We then work closely with our clients to design alternatives to lessen environmental impacts and to mitigate impacts on site if possible. We then develop scope, schedule and budget associated with the permitting and mitigation of the project.
